Grants to Support Youth Mental Health & Social Action Projects (London & the South of England)

Grants of up to £10,000 are available to charities, community groups, and other charitable organisations across London and the South of England to support young people's mental health and well-being and encourage them to engage in youth social action.

The Sovereign Network Group #iwill Fund 2.0—Wellbeing Champions Programme will support organisations in upskilling at least 15 young people aged 10 to 20 to become Wellbeing Champions, teaching them to look after their own mental health and well-being, support their peers, and raise awareness in their communities.

Champions will go on to deliver their youth social action project focused on mental health and wellbeing.

There will be a minimum of 15 funded projects through this round.

Funding could be used to cover costs such as:

  • Staff costs
  • Development and capacity-building costs
  • Volunteer costs
  • Activity costs
  • Skills development/training

The funding is made available by the Sovereign Network Group (SNG) which will accept applications until midnight on the 9th October 2024.
