Local Funding

Lincolnshire County Council, in partnership with the Lincolnshire District Councils, Boston Borough Council and Lincoln City Council, makes Capital funding available via Community Facilities Grant Aid to support projects for village halls, community buildings, recreation grounds, playing fields, play areas and facilities for young people.

Community Facilities Grant Aid is awarded to help sustain a healthy, prosperous and safe life in Lincolnshire. Grant aid is targeted at increasing or enriching the quality of life within Lincolnshire and should align to the Lincolnshire County Council Cultural Strategy and other relevant priorities.

The following types of groups and organisations are eligible to apply:

• Town Councils
• Parish Councils
• Social Enterprises
• Community Groups
• Registered Charities
• Voluntary Sector Organisations
• Community Interest Companies
• Companies Limited by Guarantee

Up to 50% of the project cost - Up to a maximum award of £25,000.
