Funding to Upgrade Creative & Cultural Research Facilities (UK)
The Arts and Humanities Research Council has launched a call for proposals to develop creative research capability within UK research institutions in particular smaller specialist institutions to enhance their capacity to contribute to the UK’s creative and cultural economy.
The grants can be used to renew, repurpose and upgrade research facilities and equipment.
Three funding strands are available:
- grants of up to £1 million for equipment upgrade or replacement;
- grants of up to £3 million for the refurbishment of small to medium sized facilities;
- grants of up to £10 million for renovations and repurposing of major facilities.
Organisations can apply for more than one strand.
The deadline for applications is 4pm on the 27th September 2022.
