RFU Clubs in National League 1 and lower divisions are eligible to apply for a support package worth of up to £500 through the RFU Volunteer Recruitment Fund. This package also includes access to online learning modules and additional guidance to assist with planning and executing a successful volunteer recruitment initiative.

The Fund was established in response to the National Rugby Survey, which revealed that volunteer recruitment is a significant challenge for many clubs, and it builds on a successful pilot programme.

The funding window is open for the next two seasons and the first deadline for clubs to apply is 5:00 pm on the 24^th March 2023.
